Do you do lien searches?
No. You would have to hire a title company or come into our office and do the
search yourself.
What are your filing fees for recording? Our fees are $6.00 for the first page
and $5.00 for each additional page. The doc fee is a penny per hundred dollars
true consideration.
Are UCC’S filed in your country?
Real Estate UCC’S are filed in our county. All others are filed with
the Secretary of State.
What are the fees to file UCC’S?
$11.00 for one to two pages $16.00
for three or more pages
